Tokyo, Japan — Over two insightful days at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu in Tokyo, the 4th Hospitality Japan Conference gathered 290 delegates participating in in-depth discussions on the future of hospitality in Japan. Held on October 15-16, the conference reaffirmed its role as a hub for forward-thinking ideas and collaborative industry action.

Since its inception in 2019, the Hospitality Japan Conference has evolved into a leading forum for Japan’s hospitality community—bringing together hotel owners, developers, investors, operators, and design leaders to exchange insights, strengthen partnerships, and explore growth opportunities across the market.
The 2025 edition of HJC featured 105 speakers including prominent industry names such as Ryuji Sawada of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Japan LLC, Moritake Ota of SLK Japan, Iku Kakoto of NIKKEN SEKKEI, Chika Kanamori of Mitsubishi Estate, and Yutaka Maruyama of World Brand Collection Hotels & Resorts.
