    Mr. Andrew Langston is a British national with over 35 years of experience in hospitality management and development. After a long career as both General and Regional Manager with InterContinental Hotels, he moved to Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, where he became Vice President, responsible for all hotel operations in the Asia Pacific region and business development. Following this he accepted the role of Executive Vice President, Asset Management and Strategic Advisory for Jones Lang LaSalle based in Bangkok. He has now joined Centara Hotels & Resorts as Global Senior Vice President Business Development.
    Born in Marlow, England, Mr. Langston initially trained at Thanet Technical College in Kent before moving to London. His talents in the service industry were honed at the highest level early on in his career when he had the privilege of working for the British Royal Family base at Buckingham Palace, a role which included looking after Her Majesty Queen, Prince Charles, Diana the Princess of Wales and Prince William, among others.
    His international career began when he relocated to Australia, and since then he has worked in no less than ten countries.

    In his career he has held senior management positions as General Manager with Dusit Hotels and Resorts, VP for Dorint Hotels and Resorts in Brussels and furthermore management positions with prestigious groups like : The Peninsula Hong Kong and Peninsula Beverly Hills; Accor Brussels, Golden Tulip Hotels in New York and Sheraton Hotels in Boston.

    Michael Belanger is the Vice President Commercial Strategy at GCP Hospitality, which manages a growing portfolio of over 40 properties and 7,500+ keys around the world including the Regent Hong Kong, Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, Together Co-Living Melbourne, and 14 hostels in New Zealand with Haka Lodge and YHA.     Jon is the Senior Vice President, Hotel Asset Management for Indochina, based in Bangkok. Jon has worked across Thailand in Bangkok, Phuket, and Samui for the past nine years.
    Through his career which started in the United Kingdom, before moving to Australia, Jon has been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and the last 10 in senior management roles. In other roles he sits on the Board of the Australian Chamber of Commerce, several hospitality industry boards, and also guest lectures on business and hospitality, completing his MBA in strategic management in 2022.

Previously the Managing Director at ASSET WORLD CORPORATION PLC (AWC) Thailand, he was responsible for successfully implementing and driving product strategy, concept design, partnership, as well as feasibility modeling of over 60 projects. 
    Prior to AWC, he was the Associate Director & Head of Business Development and Design of BLINK DESIGN GROUP Thailand where he was responsible for driving business development strategies and conceptual design on various luxury hospitality projects. 
    In his 5 year stint in China, he was business director/designer with Smith Caradoc-Hodgkins Architects in Kunming and in Beijing as General Manager of MAD Architects and Head of Business Development at Atkins Asia Pacific.
