    Based in Bangkok, her core role is to provide hotels with profit analysis per department against their market or compset. This allows them to monitor costs while increasing margins on a monthly basis.
    Hotstats is a global, hotel profit and loss benchmarking company, collecting detailed data with over 500 KPIs of depth from over 10,000 hotels every month. Following this he accepted the role of Executive Vice President, Asset Management and Strategic Advisory for Jones Lang LaSalle based in Bangkok.     Born in Marlow, England, Mr. Langston initially trained at Thanet Technical College in Kent before moving to London. His talents in the service industry were honed at the highest level early on in his career when he had the privilege of working for the British Royal Family base at Buckingham Palace, a role which included looking after Her Majesty Queen, Prince Charles, Diana the Princess of Wales and Prince William, among others.
    His international career began when he relocated to Australia, and since then he has worked in no less than ten countries.

    Mark has over 35 years of international hotel experience in the areas of operation of hotels, project development, opening of hotels, repositioning of hotels and experience in all hotel disciplines.
    He has worked in 3 different continents in over 10 countries throughout his career of which the latter 20 years in South East Asia.
    In his career he has held senior management positions as General Manager with Dusit Hotels and Resorts, VP for Dorint Hotels and Resorts in Brussels and furthermore management positions with prestigious groups like : The Peninsula Hong Kong and Peninsula Beverly Hills; Accor Brussels, Golden Tulip Hotels in New York and Sheraton Hotels in Boston.

It currently has portfolio of 11 operating properties and 8 under-construction properties throughout Thailand.
    Spearheaded the Singapore operation of Dream Incubator [4310, Tokyo Stock Exchange 1st section], a leading strategy consulting and M&A advisory firm in Japan.
    Has degrees from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and Nanyang Technological University (Master of Management in Hospitality) as a scholar from Singapore government, Imperial College London (MBA) and Keio University (B.A. in Policy Management).

    Michael graduated in Hospitality Management from l’Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in 2002 and Marketing Management at HÉC Montréal in 2004.
