Eric founded Greenview in 2008, an international consultancy catalyzing innovation and best practice in sustainability and ESG, providing services for strategy, programs, data management, benchmarking, and reporting. Greenview’s clients include most of the largest hotel companies as well as hotel owners and developers, event organizers, cruise lines, NGOs, DMOs, OTAs and industry organizations including the WTTC and UNWTO. With 25 years of hands-on experience, Eric is a frequent speaker, convener, and researcher on the topic of sustainability. His notable industry work includes launching the Cornell Hotel Sustainability Benchmarking Index, Green Lodging Trends Report, Destination Water Risk Index, Hotel Global Decarbonisation Report, Hotel Owners for Tomorrow Coalition, and forthcoming Net-Zero Methodology for the Hotel Industry. Eric is a member of the UFI Committee on Sustainable Development and the International Standards Committee of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council. Prior to founding Greenview, Eric specialized in the operations and development of nature-based lodges, theme parks and attractions in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Brazil. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a Master of Science degree in Tourism & Travel Management from New York University. He has held a research fellowship at the Cornell University Center for Hospitality Research and been an adjunct instructor at New York University.
Angel Sueiro works as COO for PH Resorts (PSE:PHR). At this time the company is developing Integrated Resorts and hotels in the Philippines under The Emerald and Donatela brands. Angel is responsible for creation and execution of strategies, corporate culture and oversee day to day project management tasks.
He has extensive knowledge in product development and marketing to add to his deep understanding of the local regulatory environment; the relation and balance between different political, economical and social forces.
Previous to his actual engagement, Angel was COO for Thunderbird Resorts Asia, VP for Design and Construction Thunderbird Resorts International, and VP for Corporate Affairs (Thunderbird Resorts International (AMS: TBIRD)). He has developed gaming and hospitality projects in more than 20 countries. Angel holds an MBA from EUDE Business School, Madrid, a Project Management Master from Villanova University and a Master Certificate in Hospitality from Cornell.

Ito has over 15 years of experience as a pioneer in the field of global real estate investments,luxury hospitality developemt and efforts of real estate ESG introduction with institutional investors. During this time, he advised various leading global real estate investment companies (total AUM of his clients exceeding JPY 9 trillion).

Tori provides technical assistance and customer support to sustainability consultants (WELL APs), industry professionals and WELL project teams across the US, Australia and New Zealand as they create healthier spaces, buildings and communities through WELL Certification and the WELL Health-Safety Rating. Tori coaches various APAC and global WELL Portfolios as they seek to advance their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) goals, to enhance building performance and to improve human well-being at scale. Tori also leads WELL's global sector development for coworking and hospitality, providing high-touch support to meet the needs of these space types, organisations and occupants. This work is vital to creating healthier environments where we live, work, play and learn.
Matt is an Associate Director and Asia lead for XCO2, an MEP + Energy + Sustainability Consultancy with a different approach. As an engineer and sustainability consultant, he draws on his education, diverse international career experience coupled with keen personal analysis to provide innovative, robust and low environmental impact solutions for resort masterplans and developments across SE Asia.
Matt graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Queensland and attained a Masters in Sustainable Energy Systems from London South Bank University. During his early career as a project manager in the resources industry, he oversaw the implementation of a number of large district energy and renewables schemes. This effort laid the foundation for his passionate interest for the environment which has pivoted him towards urban design and intelligent building systems solutions.
Currently he consults on environmental design, building services, energy and infrastructure and post occupancy building audits for clients who require intelligent, sustainable inputs to future proof their developments.
Outside work, Matt is a keen cyclist and surfer; volunteers for recycling and repair workshops in Singapore and practices his guitar far less than he'd like!

Rainer graduated with a Bachelor degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich in 1994. During the course of his career, Rainer has worked in eight countries across Europe, North America and Asia. Rainer joined Four Seasons in its Boston hotel in 2001 before moving to various locations in Asia. Rainer was promoted to his current position, based in Singapore, in 2016.

Shi’ai Liang is the Director – Hotel Development Asia-Pacific for Marriott International where she is part of the team responsible for the company’s expansion in the APEC region. Prior to joining Marriott International in 2017, she held development roles with Rosewood Hotel Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Pan Pacific Hotel Group. A native of Singapore, Shi’ai graduated from the National University of Singapore with a B.A. (Architecture) degree. Ryan Chen is the Vice President of Business Development for Far East Hospitality, an international hospitality owner and operator with a portfolio of close to 16,000 rooms under its management across 96 properties. Nathalia, was born in Indonesia and educated in Australia with 20 years extensive experience in Asia Pacific. Her strong network, hotel investment and asset management experience make her a fantastic addition to the IHG team. Nathalia focuses on further expanding IHG’s presence in the region to achieve its growth ambitions.
Prior to joining IHG, Nathalia was at Savills where she established and led the Asia Pacific Hotel Advisory Business. Over six years, she played a pivotal role in growing the team based in Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Japan and China. At Savills, she further honed her skills in asset management, hotel investment, due diligence, hotel advisory, feasibility studies and strategic planning.
Nathalia also worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in their regional offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Dubai; and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan in their Tokyo headquarters. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational Japanese.

Gavin M. Faull is the Chairman and President of Swiss-Belhotel International. Originally a business graduate from Victoria University, Mr Faull has extensive experience in chartered accountancy having worked in New Zealand and Hong Kong with top level international finance companies. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Association of Australia and New Zealand, as well as a Fellow of The Institute of Directors.
Mr Faull is widely known as a hospitality industry veteran with more than 48 years experience in hotel management, operations and business development. Before Swiss-Belhotel International, he held senior management roles at The Peninsula Group Hong Kong and Kingsgate International Corporation.
As Chairman and President of Swiss-Belhotel International, Mr Faull has regularly been recognised. He was a finalist in Ernst & Young’s 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and was awarded the National Tourism Legends Award by Tourism Training Australia in 2009. He was also nominated as 2016 New Zealander of the Year by Kiwi Bank.
Mr. Faull established Zest Hotels International, a new brand offering budget hospitality option. Since its first hotel opening in 2015, it was already recognised by World Travel Awards as 2017 Asia’s Leading Budget Brand.

Garth Simmons, an Australian national, has more than three decades of experience in hospitality. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and is a former board member of the New Zealand Tourism Industry Association and also managed Qantas’ First Class Lounge operations in Australia. Before joining Accor, he worked with Rydges Hotels for 18 years.
He joined Accor in 2007 and has held several senior positions within the Group in Asia Pacific. Garth moved to Indonesia in 2015 and was instrumental in reinforcing Accor’s position as the number one operator in both Indonesia and Singapore. As COO for Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and South Asia, he was responsible for overseeing more than 200 hotels and 16 brands across 6 countries.
He is a strong advocate of CSR and has led several causes including Accor’s Race to Survive, which raises millions to provide medical equipment for hospitals in Fiji; A Tree for a Child, which provides healthcare and education in Indonesia; and he was a founder of the ‘Achieving The Dream (ATD) initiative, which supports emerging Indonesian athletes.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Dan Voellm has provided advice in 24 territories across Asia Pacific. Prior to rebranding the firm to AP Hospitality Advisors in 2021, Dan Voellm was Managing Partner of HVS Asia Pacific (2008-2020) responsible for five offices in Greater China and Thailand following his time as Vice President at HVS’ global headquarters in New York (2005-2008) conducting a wide range of appraisals, market studies and underwriting due diligence services in 22 states as well as Canada. Dan Voellm brings a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to AP. Andrew Langdon joined Accor in 2019 as Senior Vice President Development Asia. In this role Andrew supervises the development functions for all 38 plus Accor hotel brands throughout Asia.
Previously, Andrew was the Global Chief Development Officer of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the group’s hotel development strategy worldwide. He was directly responsible for the nearly fourfold increase in the hotel development pipeline of Movenpick. In September 2018 Accor completed the acquisition of Movenpick Hotels & Resorts. Andrew has a well-established record of accomplishment throughout the Asian region. Over 25 years of diverse property experience, the majority specializing in the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel management, franchise and lease agreements, asset management, capital markets, investment, financing and development.
Prior to joining Accor and Mövenpick, Andrew was an Executive Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Hotels and Hospitality Group in Asia. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences and universities, and the author of published articles on the hotel and tourism industry.
Andrew graduated in his native Australia from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and previously a member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).

Corey joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 based in the Los Angeles office with a focus on hospitality transactions in the western United States.
